Veeral Shah is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in digital enablement, eCommerce, and commercial strategy. Currently serving as the Chief Digital & eCommerce Officer at Nestlé USA, he leads all aspects of digital strategy, capability building, automation, and execution. Prior to this role, Veeral was the Vice President of Commercial Strategy & Development at Nestlé, where he managed a team of over 150 sales and marketing leaders, driving category strategy, eCommerce sales, and strategic revenue management.
Before joining Nestlé, Veeral held several key positions at Campbell Soup Company, including Vice President / General Manager of eCommerce & Digital, where he built an enterprise eCommerce team from scratch and led digital governance processes.
Honored as one of Philadelphia Business Journal’s 40 under 40, Veeral also serves on the advisory boards of Instacart and Commerce IQ. He is dedicated to his community, actively participating in non-profit boards and coaching youth sports.
Veeral holds an MBA from Northwestern Kellogg School of Management and a BA from the University of Michigan. He is a sought-after industry speaker, sharing his insights at numerous events.
